ARTHRITIS IRELAND CHRISTMAS RAFFLE 2023 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms strictly govern your (“you”, “the Player”) participation in the Raffle provided by Arthritis Ireland (“Arthritis Ireland ”, “us”). By purchasing a Ticket for the Arthritis Ireland Christmas Raffle, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by these Terms which will form a legally binding contract between you and Arthritis Ireland. Any breach of these Terms may prevent you from collecting a Prize which would have otherwise been awarded to you.

1. THE RAFFLE
1.1 The Raffle is a charity fundraising initiative promoted by the Arthritis Ireland, and the Raffle Proceeds will go towards Arthritis Ireland.
1.2 Arthritis Ireland is a company limited by guarantee incorporated and registered in Ireland with company number 78931 and a registered charity with registration number CHY 6297 whose registered office is at 1 Clanwilliam Square, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2.
1.3 Arthritis Ireland’s lottery licence was granted by the Superintendent of Pearse Garda Station on 13/06/2023 under section 27B of the Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act, 1956.
1.4 Tickets for the Raffle are sold on behalf of Arthritis Ireland through the Website
